Tonight my home box CrossFit Oneonta did the 15.2 WOD for the CrossFit Games. The WOD included overhead squats (OHS) and chest to bar (CTB) pull-ups.

This is my first Open and it is so much fun.

I didn’t do very well on this WOD because chest to bar pull-ups were prescribed. Despite my ability to do strict and kipping pull-ups, CTB pull-ups haven’t been in my wheelhouse.

Tonight I got two!  It’s a big deal for me.  Even though my overall score stunk, I was pretty proud of those two!

I also got my squat depth on the OHS, which is great for me because of my knee and hip injuries.

Who knew you could be so excited about have such a bad score!
