Years ago working as the Bargain Mom I suggested toy swaps as a way to save on ‘new to your child’ toy purchases. The folks at Gardendale Public Library are doing it and on a much bigger and better scale!
(I can’t take credit for this event, I’m just saying I’m glad folks are doing it, to eliminate out of pocket expenses)
Today you can drop off toys from 4 to 6 p.m. that you’re willing to part with, for each toy you drop off you get a ticket to receive another toy Dec. 3.
